For running, walking, biking, swimming or any activity where you can rock 1+ miles.

To take part:

Option A) Rock 1 mile 5-7 days a week

Option B) Rock 2 miles 5 – 7 days a week

Option C) Rock 3+ miles 5-7 days a week

Remember to rock your hydration, nutrition, mental and spiritual needs as well !
